A test version of MEDM is currently installed in the control room to address CDS Bugzilla 789.  Although this wasn't really intended, the simple act of compiling the MEDM software installs it.  If it causes no harm, I'll leave it in place, if there's problems the original can be reinstalled in a few minutes.

This is to support testing of the historical MEDM screen software.
