As was pointed out, removing the ini files from the DAQ means that
most H1 channels were removed and S6 data could not be trended.
So I put back in the H1 ini files, but set their acquire flag
to zero. All H1 chans should be viewable by dtt and dataviewer,
and the archived frames should be accessible.
