POPX: DC works, RF not.

DC responds to flashlight.

We tried to measure the transfer function from RF test input to the RF output on the feedthrough panel at ISCT1, but didn't obtain anything reasonable. We'll swap the head tomorrow.

As a side note, multiple-coax connectors are a pain to work with.
