The h0epics computer was patched and restarted.  Dust IOC's for the diode room, lab, lvea, psl, ex, and ey were restarted.  The dewpoint monitor IOC was restarted.  The protocol file for the psl IOC was updated to handle three digit ID numbers more reliably.
