Transitioned the PSL to science mode, this seems to have helped us get locked at least once out of every few tries.

We tried locking without using the Ballmer offset (which moves PR3 to compensate for wire heating that happens durring the CARM offset reduction, alog 20055), and compared the change in the PR3 witness sensor when we engaged the offset without locking. (screenshot attached) The offset is about 10 times too big, so for now we have just commented it out. It might be that we have a different alignment and less wire heating than when the offset was first chosen.

We are still having a lot of unexplained locklosses, and we are giving up for tonight. It might be that we can't lock with this much intensity noise, although we have locked with the ISS off in the past.
Note: the high votlage for the EY ESD is probably still off, so we will need to go out and switch it on.
