CP3 overfill

11:45 am local

1/2 turn open LLCV bypass valve. Took 12:00 min to overfill CP3 today at 20% LLCV open.

Took longer than usual to overfill at 20% open (from nominal 18%) because yesterday during maintenance the CP3 controls were disabled which caused the valve to want to close, except the shims (set to around 18%) kept it open.
