PSL crew will be doing work on the Diagnostic BreadBoard this morning(which should be non-invasive); so can attempt to lock H1.  Went over Work Permits.

SEI:  Blends & BRS work & would like H1 locked

Facilities:  Trellis work, Beam Tube enclosure work

VAC:  CP alarms (playing with PID parameters)

CDS:  Dust monitor IOC restart
