OPS: reset of HEPI L4C Accumulated WD Counters

I forgot to post these yesterday.  Perhaps we should move this task to Wednesday on the OPS checklist so as not to get lost in maintenance day activities.  See attached screenshot for values before reset.

Good point.  The Ops Check Sheet has been updated to move the HEPI WD Counter check to Wednesday.  Thanks, Travis!
