Following the reintroduction of the fast chans back into the DAQ, I put
all the slow chans back into the EDCU. This is not exactly the same, since
the EDCU will try to connect to all chans defined, whether they are in the DAQ
or not. In order the "green" the DAQ overview on the main medm screen, I have
redefined "green" to mean 10022 channels connnected. This value will change as
IOC and decommissioned.
