HWSY code is acting funny -- "HWS pause functionality is overridden"
Below I've attached screenshots of the running tmux session and both HWSX and HWSY spherical power. HWSY is constantly gone flat. This behavior started around 9:43 pm. I killed the code for tonight.

I disabled the Pause functionality (and added this status message) in the last update of the code, about 12 months ago. The rationale was that it was far too easy to inadvertently pause the code via epics and not realize that it had happened. It's not impossible for the user to pause the code.
The current stationary behavior is not related to the lack of pausing.
