Routine Maintenance but since the Motor greasing is just an annual event figured it warrented a log entry.  Of note, found that many of the zerk fittings would not open and pass the grease.  So found one that did and installed that one as needed.  Will open an FRS ticket and purchase better zerks to replace the negative function units.
