We are investigating the electrostatic/capacitive actuator on BRS-Y by driving it with a small 50 mV modulation at 20 mHz and at different Bias voltages. BRS sensor correction is turned off and should not be turned ON during the test (winds are low). Avoid going near the instrument, if possible.
