Manually over-filled CP3 at 22:30 utc
LLCV bypass valve 1/2 turn open, and the exhaust bypass valve fully open.
Flow was noted after 58 seconds, closed LLCV valve, and 3 minutes later the exhaust bypass valve was closed.
Next over-fill = Wednesday, June 22nd.
