We had an epics freeze while in the increase power state, and lost lock when epics started to update again.  This happened at 2016-06-21 02:10:27 

While relocking after this we had a guardian ezca connection error connecting to H1:ASC-OUTMATRIX_Y_2_3.  We were able to connect to the channel using caput, but the error didn't clear until we took the ISC_DRMI guardin to stop and then back to exec.

Later in we had at least two more freezes (based on the ASC strip tools) around 6:50 UTC and 7:10:48 UTC.
