I've created a PI Damping wiki to straightforwardly step through the basics of damping PI. It includes a table of mechanical mode frequencies that have actually been seen here (with the corresponding test mass and modal shape), measured Q values, reference spectra at higher power, and a walk through of the PI MEDM screens.
