Manually over-filled CP3
1450 - 1505 hrs. local -> To and from Y-mid Opened exhaust check-valve bypass, opened LLCV bypass valve 1/2 turn -> LN2 at exhaust in 50 seconds -> Restored valves to as found state. Next CP3 over-fill to be Friday, July 1st.
