h0vacmx Beckhoff vacuum controls updated

The Beckhoff vacuum controls code on h0vacmx has been updated to use the same PI controller as h0vacey (alog 27886).

I have put both CP5 and CP6 on PID control.

The channels in the DAQ and autoBurt request snapshots still need to be updated.

CP5 and CP6 settings and response attached. The initial increase in the CP6 pump level happened because I first had the minimum output set at 50, which was too high. I lowered it to 20 and it recovered.
