TMS fine initial alignment

HWS pick-off beam was aligned and is OK, nothing is clipping and the beam is going in to the ALS table.

The beam position on the bottom periscope mirror on the telescope is not that bad (lower than ideal but nowhere near clipping), but that mirror is too close to the ETM side, and as a result the beam is not clearing the TMS ISC table hole at the center.

As such, the periscope beam path is a bit tilted, is off-centered on the bottom mirror, table hole and the top mirror, but nothing is clipping and there still appears to be a large margin (e.g. the beam is about 1 cm or so from the edge of the table hole).

At this point, I'd say we confirmed that our alignment is basically OK, not ideal but quite acceptable.

Next task is to fix the picomotor problem, i.e. screw in the stop nuts on the tip of the picomotors so that they don't jam with the siskiyou mount surface. We'll do this using spare picomotors in the lab first, then swap them out in situ on the TMS table, and rework the alignment.
