Shift Detail Summary: Site is recovering from Timing system reprogramming (WP #5993). Jenne did initial alignment, and is now working on locking. Nutsinee & Jeff K. are sorting out a problem with the TCS-Y laser. They found the TCS-Y laser is down on power (putting out about 42W vs 58W for TCS-X). IFO locked and commissioning work continues.
