While playing around with actuating on the ITMs to test out Chris's new charge scripts, we noticed that the Voltage monitor for the DC Bias was railed at -32768 for both ITMX and ITMY. Worried that it was us, we trended the channel for the past 12 days. Other than the shenanigans on Tuesday for the timing upgrade, it looks like these monitors have been railed constantly for all 12 of those days, and unless we're up and running in DC Readout, there's no requested bias voltage on ITMX and ITMY's requested voltage is has been changing.

We'll have a look at the electronics when convenient.
