SHIFT SUMMARY:  It was one of those days for locking where everything seems to go wrong.  I struggled with initial alignment most of the day, which was interrupted by various issues such as PSL crashing and FSS oscillating.  ISIs were reset this morning, so the alignment of the arms was very bad and required a lot of work to recover.
