The OMC was behaving funny, as seen on the trans camera, so I glanced at its control screen.  I noticed that the PZT was super railed, and the "OFF_RESONANCE" guardian state was just making it larger and larger. 

The logic for dealing with this failed, since it checks if the offset is identically equal to 50, it moves the PZT to -50.  I have changed it so that if the offset is larger than 50 it'll reset to -50.

Attached is a 3 day trend - this railing started sometime yesterday.
