Whilst observing the IMC trying to lock this morning and its moving the laser frequency around,
it appeared that in the lock acquisition phase as soon as light was resonating in the IMC cavity
the boost gain was engaged.

    I asked TJ to insert a 2 second delay prior to engaging the IMC servo boost gain so that things
had a chance to settle down.  Behaviourally things seemed better with the delay in.
