NOTE FOR OPERATORS: At one point, I attempted to do a quick MICH_DARK alignment after a lockloss since the AS spot looked bad.  I set ISC_LOCK directly to INITIAL_ALIGNMENT, which caused the IMC to lose lock.  It would not relock and while looking for the culprit, I found a large input value going to MC2 L3 LOCK bank.  Jenne and I could not find the source of the input, and Jenne decided to put ISC_LOCK into DOWN.  This immediately fixed the issue and the IMC locked back up.  TAKE AWAY: Always go through DOWN in ISC_LOCK when going back to do any initial alignement work.
