So the user might be more quickly alerted to an issue with the Fluid system making problems for platform isolating.  This is also alarmed in the alarm handler system.

Attached is a snap of the HEPI and BSC & HAM ISI overviews with the OK/NOT OK widget circled.  If these lights are not green, HEPI Isolation may not happen likely with Actuator Watchdog trips.
