snapshot of last alignment before closing the lightpipe
- The arms were locking in green with buildups of 1.06.
- The IMC was locking well and had been locked at 2W for about 12 hours.
- IR power in TR_X(Y)_NORM_OUT was flashing, though no locking in IR was attempted
