State of alignment: restored and beam is in HAM6

Activities:

• All front ends restarted today, recovery of input optics included the PZTs and IMs.
• I also chose to align the IMC optics, MC1, MC2, MC3, back to thei locked values at 15:00UTC today (8/9), which is actually doing a WFS reflief.
• ALL MC optics will show a change in alignment slider values - this is expected.
• After restoring PZTs, IMC locked quickly, and has been stable since.
• IMs are restored to values in alog 28016.
• JeffK restored all optics downstream of IMs.
• Beam from the PSL is slightly different than yesterday (within the normal variance), and ITMY is 0.5urad different in yaw - talked to crew at HAM6 so they're aware.
• Once the PSL beam was making it to the OMC, OM1, OM2, and OM3 were moving a lot - tracked down to an chassis being turned off, now restored.
• OM1-3 needed some alignment - values are from 15:00UTC yesterday, when work ended - image is attached.
• SR2's alignment is a bit different than yesterday's by 7urad pitch and 14urad yaw - alignment yesterday 2553.7 pitch, 744.9 yaw - texted to Corey if they need to set it back.
• OMC breadboard at 15:00UTC yesterday was -0.15 pitch, -0.13 yaw - also texted to Corey if needed.
