Hugh, Evan, Terra, Jeff B. At 01:08 (18:10) both end station HEPI and IS WD tripped. Both Pump Controllers were down. Called Hugh. I took End-X and Evan and Terra End-Y. Found OV3 error on VFD. After ramping down the servo, reset the VFD. Ramped the servo slowly up until differential pressure was over 62 and set the servo control back to Auto. System came back up OK. Fluid level were unchanged from last logged level. Posted is a plot of the Diff pressure and control voltage.
Nice Work Jeff, Thanks commissioners.
Attached are 2 hours of second trends and 3 seconds of full data with the site mainmons along with the Pump Station servo'd differential pressures.
On the minute trends plot I've circled more solid glitches on the Ends Mains Mon that are very timely. Also note how the hash on the Max and Mins are smaller on the Corner station monitors.
On the 3 seconds of full data, you can see the glitch also on the CS Mon, and that the Diff Pressure drop is delayed about a second. This differential pressure is at the far end of the run. When I looked at the pressure right after the pump, the pressure drop was much closer, within a 1/4 second or something.
