Shift Detail Summary:  Both end station HEPI and ISI WD tripped. Found HEPI Pump Controller had stopped. Both pump controllers VFDs had an OV3 error. Reset VFD and brought the pump stations back on line. Redid initial alignment, and commissioners are back at work. 
Commissioning work has wrapped up for the night. Although the IFO was locked, in an abundance of caution, put it into a DOWN state.
