There were high particle counts recorded on both dust monitors (Beirgarten and at HAM6) and in the PSL Anti-Room starting at 09:30. The high counts were mostly in the 0.3um particle sizes. Elevated counts were not recorded in the PSL Laser room. Counts were tapering off by the start of the evening shift and by shifts end had returned to somewhat normal levels. Have not been able to determine the source, yet.
