First few hours of the shift were spent with recovery from the issues at the electronics racks out on the floor near the PSL.  As Jeff K, noted, when we tried walking through locking we found issues with the MC Common Mode Servo Board (it was swapped out per his alog). 

The rest of the evening was spent with commissioning.

There was a 6+ magnitude earthquake which shook things around (while we were still in recovery mode)---hope Virgo rode through it OK.
