not much progress tonight

We do not think that the ISS 3rd loop is actually working when both the second and third loop are engaged. It seems like we will need to fix this to go to low noise, or fix our alignment problem so we don't have the instability.

We ran dither lines on various optics to measure spot positions as we powered up. At first glance it seems like the spot position on the beamsplitter is moving in yaw as we power up, on a similar timescale as we loose recycling gain. More info coming but the times are:
-
August 30th 23:45 UTC PRC optics (and BS) dithered, demodulating PRCL
-
August 31st 5:18 UTC to 5:46:30 UTC test mass dithers, demodulating DARM
-
August 31st 7:10:22 to 7:27 UTC dithering SRC optics (and BS) demodulating SRCL
-
Coil driver switching is fine.

Kiwamu made some intensity noise inejctions; the coupling from input to DCPD RIN is a factor of 30 worse with 50 Watts into the IFO (recycling gain of ~24) than the 2 Watt case (recycling gain 34)
