Changes made to the Ops overview medm screen include:

• Master Switch "OFF" on all BSC ISIs will also cause a "RED" condition. It was brought to my attention that this calculation hadn't been included in the previous edits.
• The x/y arm (normalized) power indicators have been removed as they served no relevant purpose.
