State of H1: locking DRMI1F but not able to get through Engage_DRMI_ASC - Sheila working on alignment by hand to get through this stage

Locking Struggles:

• excitation on PZTs was on - now off - no indication if effected locking
• small eathquake - locking impaired for about an hour
• PSL FSS has needed help to stop oscillating - turned loop on and off to recover - probably 5-8 times today
• alignment has been an issue all day
• first locking attemps got to DRMI but not ENGAGE ASC
• ran an alignment
• DRMI and PRMI had issues locking
• ran an alignment
• currently, Sheila is adjusting alignment by hand in DRMI to engage the DRMI ASC
