h1oaf0 restarted, TCS recovered
Began 15:22 UTC, finished 15:24 UTC
As soon as the restart finished IPC was red. I hit diag reset button and it went away. OAF_L0_MADC1_EPICS_CH25 started to overflow pretty much as soon as the model restart was done.
TCS chillers and lasers are recovered.
