STATE of H1: DOWN due to PSL

SHIFT SUMMARY:

The PSL continued to have issues today & decided to cancel EVE & OWL shifts tonight.  Did make it to NLN twice (PSL trip ended both) which is nice (ITMy Bounce must be gone).  

LOG:

• Filled the TCS Chiller earlier today (noted in alog).
• Checked TCS Chiller at 3:30pm PST and it was full with no drop off from the morning.
• During NLN locks, did NOT hear TJs new warning for CLOSE_BEAM_DIVERTERS (TJ asked us to listen for this).
• Leaving ISC LOCK Guardian in DOWN state.
• Robert is still the only other person on site.
