I found that the digital filter settings for the AC signals of PWR_EOM and PWR_IN (29876) were wrong. I set them back to the correct one, see the attached screemshot for the right settings. The SDF is updated accordingly.

In addition, when I went into the PSL enclosure in this morning, I re-aligned the beam on PWR_IN which is a PDA55 down below the periscope. The beam actually had some misalignment both in pitch and yaw. As I aligned the beam, the received power increased by 2-3%. I did not change the calibration of this PD in the digital system.
