Shift Detail Summary:  Put IOF in DOWN, take IMC offline, and misalign MC2 so Daniel can make measurements. After Daniel finished took IFO to DC_READOUT. Lost lock when going to HIGH_POWER a few times. After hard Lockloss, Bounce and Roll modes had rung up. After damping Bounce & Roll took IFO to NOMINAL_LOW_NOISE and turned over to Robert. 

PI Mode 15009Hz was ringing up; set phase to -100 and mode came down normal.
