Adjusted ALS Fiber Polarization, Y and X

Y arm in green wouldn't lock because the wrong polarization was greater than 20.
Jenne walked me through the procedure to adjust the polarization.
The Y arm wrong polarization was reduced to 0%, the X arm wrong polarization was at 12% and was reduced to 4%.
