Took 20 sec to overfill CP3 with 1/2 open on bypass LLCV, but found the entire exhaust line frosted over with a pile of snow on ground. Looking back at last year's LLCV level after a Dewar fill, I decided to lower the LLCV yet again from 17% to 16%.
