State of H1: locked in Nominal Low Noise

Activities:

• Kyle to MY and back
• Christina to EY (outside) and back
• Gabriele worked on alignment during the mid-day lock 

H1 locking:  all changes / issues resolved or being worked on

• REFL WFS have remained on
• after lock loss, some alignment was needed for the arms, BS, PRM, and SRM
• POP Offsets remain good
• Jenne - working on automating the CSOFT loop offset
• Tara - working on PI mode 26 that again did the hopping thing
