DMT calibration updated to gstlal-calibration 1.0.6-2.el7

The DMT calibration has been updated to gstlal-calibration 1.0.6-2.el7. Because of dependencies GDS was also updated to: gds-2.17.10-2.
John Zweizig has restarted the DMT monitors.
