SHIFT SUMMARY:  First half of the shift was dedicated to Kiwamu/Jason chasing PSL alignment.  As soon as they determined that the pointing was OK, and gave me the go-ahead to start locking, we were hit by the 6.1 EQ in Italy.  After waiting for that to ring down, Jenne and I began diagnosing the issues with INPUT_ALIGN during Initial Alignment.
