State of H1: relcoked in Low Noise

Details:

• H1 lost lock right before the start of my shift (Robert claimed this one)
• relocked easily, only a tweak to the BS pitch to lock DRMI
• once DRMI locked, no issues getting to LN
• ITMX roll mode is a bit above OK, but not at BAD, and coming down slowly
• Robert is back in the LVEA
