State of H1: locked in NLN 7 hours

Details / Activities:

• relocked with only a small tweak to BS for DRMI
• however X arm power was a bit low in green, and after having issues with dropping range, maybe this was significant
• Robert tried for some injections but H1 lost lock (oplev pier / human interaction)
• H1 relocked and has remainded locked
• I changed TCS settings per Jeff B's and Kiwamu's instructions
• I tweaked TMSX and TMSY to save the lock

As I watch, range has held steady around 60MPc.
