Looks like TCSY 0.4W isn't a good thing
It looks like about 20 minutes after the increase in TCSY from 0 to 0.4W the range started to drop and continued until lock loss. Plot attached.

I've turned the pre-heating off on TCSY - if anything the optic is overheated, may need to cool before relocking is stable.
