Injection successful after restarting Guardian node

After completely restarting the INJ_TRANS Guardian node, this finally fixed the transient injection problem as reported in LHO aLOG 31030. The interferometer was not locked, so no point in trying to recover the signal in a low-latancy analysis. This is the entry in the schedule file:

I observed the signal in H1:CAL-PINJX_HARDWARE_OUT, H1:CAL-PCALX_RX_PD_VOLTS_OUT, and H1:CAL-PCALX_OFS_AOM_DRIVE_MON_IN2.
