ASC moving everywhere at the micoseism

We noticed that the sidebands buildups started to oscillate at the microseism once we switched to low-noise (lower ASC bandwidth ?). We suspect something with ITMY or its suspension is mistuned, because it would hardly damp after4 lock-loss. Not sure whether it is related.

About the ASC moving at microseism frequencies: Last night I saw that switching from pop x wfs to refl for PR3 control made the build ups unstable at the microseism type of frequencies, switching this back and keeping the rest of the low noise ASC changes kept things more stable. The refl wfs have a large oscillation that was mitigated a bit by increasing the centering loops bandwidths. This afternoon Jenne and I noticed that the IMC wfs have the same oscillation, so they might be the source of the problem. This oscillation shows up in the refl wfs even when the ground is very quiet, so it must be self inflicted.
