SHIFT SUMMARY: The big news for the shift is alog31249 ESD HV power suppy is having some issues, but Richard will be coming out to the site soonish to fix it. Aside from that, the ITMY is still swinging after locklosses, still havent found a good way to damp it faster. Richard got the power supply going again. Relocking now. Turned off the ITM ring heaters per Sheilas request
