For this lock, kept Ring Heaters OFF for the ITMs & went only to 25W.  Robert was optimistic and started to head out to EX (I transitioned the ISI_CONFIG to WINDY_NOBRSX).  For this lock the range was fairly noisy(between 50-70Mpc).  

• MODE 28 was increasing, so I addressed that, BUT
• At around the 18min mark, PI-Mode#27 VERY quickly rang up again within seconds, I was able to turn it around for a few seconds, but H1 dropped out of lock (this lockloss scenario looked similar to the previous one---see snapshot from that one).  
• And similarly to the last lock this one had the SRC1/2 Pit CONTROL signals ringing up minutes prior to the Mode#27 ring up.
• EY ISI Watchdog Tripped during this lockloss (which is odd)
• ITMy Oscillating after lockloss.
